Since 1996, Kim has worked with a broad range of clients in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors, including natural resource management agencies and departments, regional development organisations, rural and regional event organisers, and regional arts boards.
She has also worked with many grass-roots organisations, advising them on media, marketing and commmunity communication strategies as well as training their members and management in a range of communication skills. They have included Landcare and farming interest groups and volunteer-based community arts groups.
